This series of drawings—created with Indian ink on cotton paper in various dimensions—explores the intersection between physical space and memory. It speaks to a place where the act of observing, exploring, or inhabiting a space becomes entangled with the visitor’s personal recollections. As the viewer engages with these environments, new impressions are formed while simultaneously triggering past memories, weaving together present experience and remembered fragments. Each drawing can be seen as a visual translation of these layered encounters. They are traces—sometimes mapping a path once walked, other times attempting to reconstruct a space or landscape as it exists in memory. The result is a body of work that drifts between documentation and imagination, where space is not only represented, but re-experienced through the act of drawing.
